Eccentric training

FYNAMICS - different training modes for your eccentric training experience

Eccentric training, also known as negative training, allows you to train with a significantly higher strength volume. On average 30% more strength is possible compared to conventional training on machines. At the same time, the energy consumption in the eccentric workout phase is reduced.
